Payment Options

We accept cheques, cash, postal orders, credit or debit cards for payment of your ID card.

Paying by Cheque

If you choose to pay by cheque please make sure you sign and date it and have adequate funds in your bank account. All cheques should be made payable to 'Photo-ID (UK)'. Please write your order code clearly on the back of the cheque. We will refer any bounced cheques to a debt collection agency, this will affect your credit rating adversely.

Paying by Cash

We do not recommend sending cash through the post, however if you decide to do so we recommend that you fold the £10 in paper and place it into a strong envelope, you may want to tape the back of the envelope for added security. Please do not send coins through the post as this jams the machines in the sorting office. If your paying using foreign currency please check the site http://www.xe.com/ucc for up-to-date currency rates.

Paying by Postal Order

You can get a postal order from any post office for a nominal fee of 80p. We feel that this is worth the extra few pence for the added security over sending cash through the post. Please make postal orders payable to Photo-ID UK.

Paying by Credit/Debit Card

We accept payment by any of the following credit/debit cards. If you are paying for your order using a credit or debit card you will be asked to enter your card details as part of the ordering process, and you will find further instructions when you process your first order. We use Streamline to process all of our credit/debit card orders to you can be guaranteed a secure transaction. If you choose to pay by credit/debit card you also have the option to email us your photo. If we receive your photo before 15:30pm we will send your id card out that day.

Dispatch

Postage and packing is free on all of our products whichever country you live in. Our aim has always been to simplify the pricing of our products and this is why we charge only £10 all inclusive. We dispatch your order by Royal Mail First Class and delivery time within the UK is only one working day. We now welcome orders from outside of the UK, all countries except the USA, this is due to the laws of this country, there will be no exceptions made.

Order Tracking

We also offer you a way to track your order. After you have ordered you will be given an order code, which you will be instructed to write on the back of your passport photo, please note an order code is always two letters followed by four numbers (e.g. TH1234). Please keep this number as it is important in case there are any problems. This order code can be used to track your order so you know exactly where your order is up to.
